Portuguese-style egg tart bakery PICK BAKE announced on the 12th that it will open a new store at Lotte World Mall in Jamsil on February 13.

According to the brand, the Lotte World Mall Jamsil opening signals that PICK BAKE is accelerating its push into Seoul’s main commercial districts. The store targets both Gen MZ and families.

Timed for the day before Valentine’s Day, PICK BAKE launched two new chocolate items at once. The first, Choco Fondant, adds premium chocolate to PICK BAKE’s signature Pick Classic Egg Tart. The second, Baguette Choco Fondant, is an upgraded version of the popular Milk Baguette.

“Lotte World Mall Jamsil has heavy foot traffic and many trend-conscious customers,” a PICK BAKE official said. “Since we are launching new chocolate items for Valentine’s season, couples as well as families and friends can enjoy a special sweetness together.”

The official added, “PICK BAKE started in Seongsu-dong in June 2025 and is now expanding into department stores, pop-up stores and major commercial districts, while ramping up its franchise business. The Lotte World Mall Jamsil store officially opens on February 13.”
